Aug. 2-8, read 1 Corinthians 4.
1. This chapter tells us what we should think of our pastors and teachers. Verse 1 tells us we should see apostles or pastors in two ways. What? (4:1)

1. The church in Corinth had many problems. Chapter 5 is about another problem. What did one man in the church do? (5:1)

1. Now for a big problem. There were many idols in Greece. Many non-Christians worshiped idols. Sometimes the idol temples had a sacrifice and then had a big feast (dinner). That food was from the sacrifice to the idol. First question - are idols real gods? (8:4-6)

2. Some people were afraid of idols and thought they were real gods. If a Christian ate food that was sacrificed to an idol, how can that hurt those people? (8:7-11)
